The two main points of focus for me when setting up this server was to create a relaxed, fun environment, and an economy that promotes long term gameplay.
The North America server on SCUM is a full PvE/PvP, semi-vanilla experience with 5X loot, more vehicle spawns, and build-anywhere freedom (except on road blockages and POIs).
